Whatever event or occasion you are involved with, why not get it photographed.

If you are hosting a community event, such as
• school fete
• football tournament
• presentation evening
Or a charity or fundraising event, such as
• charity ball
• sponsored event
• school family portrait days
I can come along and take photographs then upload them to an online album for people to purchase. Depending on the set up of the occasion, it may be possible to also print at the venue for people to take away on the day.

If your event is to raise funds for your own group or organisation or for a registered charity, you would normally receive a percentage of the profits made from the orders taken, however, with the school family portrait days, you keep the sitting fee which is normally £10 per family. There is no cost to you and no administration other than liaising with me to ensure I have everything available that is necessary for me to work on the day (ie access to power if necessary) and depending on the arrangements made when booking your event, you may need to distribute the orders when processed.

In a similar way, if you are a playgroup, Scout/Guide group, football club, etc and would like individual photographs of your members taken during their normal meeting, similar to the school photograph idea, please contact me to arrange this. Once again, you will receive a percentage of the profits from the orders as fundraising for your own group or club.

Is your school organising a leaver’s prom? Why not ask the organiser to contact me so that I can take shots of everyone attending and perhaps some informal group shots once everyone has arrived. This is a milestone in your life and one that should be recorded. If you would like something a little more personal before you leave home for your big night, please refer to the proms page.
